MetriBite Creator Program — Affiliate Terms

1. Commission Structure

• Standard Creator: 30% recurring commission for 12 months from each referred customer's first successful payment.
• High-Performing Creator (20+ paid subscribers): 40% recurring commission for 12 months. Manually granted.
• Founding Partner: Manually granted only. Special terms apply.
• Commission is calculated on actual subscription revenue collected after discounts, refunds, and failed payments.
• Commission is NOT paid on refunded, disputed, charged back, cancelled, or failed payments.

2. Referral Window

Your affiliate link and coupon code are active for a 90-day window by default. Customers who subscribe through your link or code during your active window are attributed to you. After your window expires, new referrals will not be attributed unless the founder renews your active window.

3. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payout delay: 30 days
• Payout frequency: Monthly
• Payouts are reviewed manually by the founder before payment
• Payout method is handled through the affiliate platform (Tolt) or manual payout workflow

4. Disclosure Requirements

You MUST clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting MetriBite. Acceptable disclosure examples:

• "I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
• "This link supports me if you try MetriBite."
• "Affiliate link."
• "Use my code for 10% off. I may earn a commission."

5. Prohibited Behavior

• No fake claims or fake testimonials
• No medical claims
• No guaranteed weight-loss or muscle-gain claims
• No spam
• No self-referrals
• No misleading before/after claims
• No bidding on MetriBite brand keywords in ads
• No posting in communities where promotion is not allowed
• No pretending to be an official MetriBite employee

6. Creator Pro Access

Approved creators receive 30 days of Creator Pro access to test MetriBite before promoting it. Creator Pro unlocks the same features as a paid Pro subscription with reasonable usage limits. Creator Pro is not a paid subscription and does not generate Stripe revenue or affiliate commissions.

Performance-based extensions:

• 5 qualified free signups → 90 days Creator Pro
• 1 paid subscriber → 90 days Creator Pro
• 10+ paid subscribers → Ongoing Creator Pro while active affiliate

7. Enforcement

The founder/admin can pause or remove affiliates for rule violations at any time. Violations may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.

8. Refund and Chargeback Policy

If a referred customer receives a refund, disputes the charge, or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
